"Aaron,
A little history.
When I came to town in 2000 I contacted
a solicitor in Maryborough who was listed in the Yellow Pages as
a family court specialist.
A long established Maryborough iconic firm.
My first visit was
uneventful other than having to wait 30 minutes past our
appointed time and had the distinct impression
he was
disinterested in my issue - anyway the issue was resolved.
I again had need to visit him earlier in 2003. Again the
wait and
the disinterest
but this time I
had to point out an issue detail, which ended
up being critical. I left thoroughly unimpressed and in need
of a
new lawyer.
In September 2003 I found Suthers Lawyers
through the Yellow Pages.
My first impressions were:
- Good off street parking –– needs
better street-front signage
- Efficient but not opulent reception
area
- Comfortable seating, good magazines
- Friendly
and efficient receptionist.
Aaron Suthers was a little younger
than I expected but soon he
displayed a friendly and obviously
very knowledgeable
demeanour.
I presented my issues and I was given the game plan.
The explanation of the process for my case was reassuring.
The explanation
of potential costs, although breathtaking, was very helpful.
No messing around straight to the point.
I like that.
Throughout this process
I was ‘‘offered’’ assistance
and court representation –– my
choice. I like that. The ‘‘call’’ of
proceedings and outcome at the Interim
case by Aaron was ‘‘spot
on’’.
Aaron followed me up the following
day and that indicated to me he had
a good
deal of interest in my case. I like
that. With the
case transferred to Bundaberg I was
again ‘‘offered’’ representation
at the mention but initially declined
due to a perceived cost. I received
a letter that outlined the process
and
estimated
cost.
I accepted representation. The case
was brought on much earlier than I
expected
and was handled extremely efficiently
on
short notice.
While I hope that I have
no need for a litigation lawyer for
a long time
I would have no hesitation
in seeking
the services
of
Suthers Lawyers again. If I have
any legal issues I want the best on my
side and I believe
Suthers
are the best.
I will
recommend the firm to everyone I
come in contact with. You have turned
this
client into an advocate.
PS My job is assisting business and
industry develop and expand. I am
impressed with
the way your firm
does all
the little things
so well in particular the follow-ups.
I will be back."

"Having
had "experiences" with
various solicitors for the
last 20 years, when my marriage broke down
it was with some trepidation
that I sought legal
advice.
Friends recommended Suthers
and I went and saw Rod. Blunt and gruff
on
the exterior, he has a heart
of gold and his clients interests are paramount.
My family situation was not
easily settled
and the matter dragged on
for some time. Rod referred my case to
his son
Aaron, in whom I quickly
gained confidence.
Unlike many lawyers,
Suthers don’t make promises
that they cant keep...
they are realistic
and practical about outcomes
and costs, offering acceptable
compromises or negotiating
points so
that the matter is settled
as easily and quickly as
possible,
while ensuring that the
outcome is acceptable to you the
client.
Aaron has now handled
several matters for me, wills,
enduring powers
of attorney, conveyancing
and even
a criminal law
issue. At all
times, he (and associated
staff) act in a professional
and caring manner and
Aaron really
listens to what you are
saying.
While
I may not always agree
with his suggestions
I have the utmost confidence
that they are offered
with the
complete
backing of law and
are in my best interests.
To complement
that Aaron
is the
only Accredited
Family Law Specialist
on the Fraser Coast.
If any of my friends
now ask for a referral
for
legal advice, without
hesitation
I direct them
to Suthers Lawyers.
Despite
having moved
interstate, Suthers
will continue to
be my solictors,
because of the trust and rapport
that has developed."
